Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup fettuccine pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions 🍝
In a large skillet, sauté the chicken and garlic until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes 🍗
