Perfectly balanced for those busy evenings, it is a straightforward yet luxurious dinner solution that satisfies every garlic lover’s cravings.

Ingredients

Scale

2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
2 large chicken breasts, sliced into bite-sized strips
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Fresh chives or green onions for garnish

Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add noodles, cook according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove chicken from the pan.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and soy sauce, allowing to simmer for 3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Stir in the parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and glossy.
Add the chicken back to the pan and toss in the cooked noodles until uniformly coated.
Garnish with fresh chives or green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days; reheat with a small splash of milk or chicken broth to refresh the creamy consistency. Ensure for best texture that noodles are not overcooked during the initial boil.
