Description

This rich, velvety Spinach Artichoke Dip is the ultimate party appetizer. Featuring a creamy blend of cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, and Parmesan, this dip is packed with fresh spinach and tender artichokes. Finished with a crispy turkey bacon topping, it is the perfect comfort food for game days, holidays, or cozy nights in. Serve it warm with your favorite toasted baguette slices or crunchy tortilla chips for a crowd-pleasing treat that disappears in seconds.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup crispy turkey bacon, crumbled

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and the crumbled turkey bacon over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the top is lightly browned. Serve warm.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth, lump-free dip. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or microwave. For a lighter dip, substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream.
