These classic, creamy deviled eggs are topped with cute and creepy black olive spiders, making them a festive and savory snack that kids and adults alike will love. Ingredients

Scale

6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 small can pitted black olives, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices crispy turkey bacon, finely crumbled (optional garnish)

Instructions

Slice the peeled hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a small bowl.
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
Sprinkle a light dusting of paprika over the top of the yolk filling.
Cut one black olive in half lengthwise and place one half in the center of the yolk to form the spider body.
Slice the remaining olives into thin, curved slivers and arrange 4 on each side of the body to create the spider legs.
Sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon around the plate if using as a garnish.

Notes

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days for best quality. If you prefer, you can substitute mustard with creamy avocado. If transporting, assemble the spider decorations once you arrive at your destination.
