Ingredients
1.5 lbs fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash the Brussels sprouts, trim off the tough ends, and cut them in half vertically.
Place the sprouts into a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then toss well until evenly coated.
Spread the sprouts in a single layer on a large sheet pan, cut sides facing down.
Scatter the chopped turkey bacon pieces among the sprouts.
Roast for 18–20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even browning.
Remove from the oven and drizzle immediately with the balsamic glaze before serving warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a hot oven or air fryer to restore crispiness. For a vegetarian option, swap the turkey bacon for toasted walnuts. Always avoid overcrowding the sheet pan to ensure the sprouts roast rather than steam.
