Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds frozen crinkle-cut or straight-cut fries
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup ranch-style dressing
2 tablespoons mild hot sauce (optional)
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup diced tomatoes, seeds removed
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake fries for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Meanwhile, season chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using).
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked (6-8 minutes).
Spread cooked chicken over baked fries, then top with cheeses.
Return pan to oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
Drizzle with ranch dressing, hot sauce (if using), and fresh toppings like green onions, tomatoes, black olives, cilantro, and parsley.
Serve immediately with sour cream or yogurt on the side.
