Ingredients
4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 lemon, thinly sliced, for serving
Instructions
Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika
Whisk melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and Dijon mustard in a bowl
Heat skillet with olive oil until shimmering
