Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 cup halal-certified BBQ sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and coat a large baking dish with olive oil
Pat chicken dry and cut into 2-inch pieces
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl
