Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup beef pepperoni, diced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and use a pizza cutter to slice it into 3-inch squares.
Place a teaspoon of sauce in the center of each square, followed by a pinch of cheese and some beef pepperoni.
Fold the corners of the dough to the center, pinching the edges firmly to seal the pouches.
Arrange on the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and parmesan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Notes
Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat in an air fryer for 3 minutes for crispiness. Freezing: Flash-freeze unbaked rolls on a tray before bagging; bake directly from frozen, adding 3-5 minutes to the cook time. Variation: Swap beef pepperoni for shredded cooked chicken.
