Description

Ingredients

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 pounds cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed Oreos


Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined
Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each
Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract
Fold in crushed Oreos
Pour batter into cooled crust. Bake 50 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly
