Ingredients
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
12 ounces cooked fettuccine (optional)
Instructions
Mince garlic and grate Parmesan cheese
Bring salted water to a boil for pasta (optional)
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat
Cook garlic for 30-45 seconds
Add heavy cream, stir until warm with bubbles
Add Parmesan in batches, stirring until smooth
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg (if using)
