1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Pat chicken breasts dry and gently flatten thick pieces to 3/4-inch thickness
In a mixing bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin until smooth
Coat chicken breasts completely in marinade and chill for 20 minutes
