Perfect for a fast, restaurant-quality meal, this fusion dish is both satisfying and incredibly easy to prepare in under 30 minutes. It is a family-friendly favorite that brings excitement to your dinner table without any of the hassle.

Ingredients

Scale

2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
2 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat one tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sliced chicken until golden and cooked through, then remove from the pan.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes, whisking until the sauce is slightly thick and glossy.
Add the cooked noodles and chicken back into the pan, tossing until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When reheating, add a small splash of water to loosen the sauce and maintain the glaze texture.
