Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full-fat or low-fat
2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup

1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup raspberries
1/3 cup granola
2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons chopped almonds or pistachios
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut, optional
Pinch of fine sea salt, optional, to balance sweetness
Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix Greek yogurt with honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until glossy and smooth
