Description

These delightful, no-bake Butterfinger Balls are the ultimate holiday crowd-pleaser, combining the intense crunch of peanut-buttery Butterfinger candy with a rich, creamy dough. Enveloped in a silky semi-sweet chocolate coating, these bite-sized treats are perfect for cookie exchanges, office parties, or a simple holiday gift. Requiring minimal effort and no time in the oven, this recipe is a stress-free solution for your busiest holiday moments, ensuring a decadent dessert that disappears in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

Place the Butterfinger bars into a food processor and pulse until they reach a fine crumb consistency.
In a large bowl, mix the crushed Butterfingers, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar until a smooth dough forms.
Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a smooth ball.
Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
While the balls chill, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Use a fork to dip each chilled ball into the chocolate, tap off the excess, and place back on the tray to set.

Notes

Keep these in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. You can swap the semi-sweet chocolate for white chocolate if you want a festive wintry look.
