8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped topping or lightly sweetened whipped cream
1 cup strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
3/4 cup blueberries
2 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments, well drained
1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
2 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper
Press softened cookie dough into the pan as an even 12-inch circle, leaving edges slightly thicker
Bake for 11-13 minutes until edges are golden and center is set
Let crust cool on pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack/serving board and cool completely
