Description

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
4 large flour tortillas, 10-inch size
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 small garlic clove, finely minced


Instructions

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips about 1/2 inch wide
Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Cook chicken in a single layer for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked
Prepare garlic yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic in a small bowl
Assemble wraps by placing cooked chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheese on each tortilla
Drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce and roll tightly

Notes

Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for faster preparation
Add avocado slices or bell peppers for extra flavor
Can substitute tortillas with lettuce wraps for low-carb option
Sauce can be made in advance and stored in the fridge
