Ingredients
12 soft slider rolls, kept connected
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. In a skillet, combine chicken, BBQ sauce, honey, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Cook 4-5 minutes until glossy. Horizontally slice slider rolls and place bottoms in baking dish. Spread BBQ chicken mixture evenly. Top with cheese and brush with melted butter. Press sesame seeds lightly in butter. Bake 10-12 minutes until rolls are golden and cheese is bubbly.
