Ingredients
8 sheets rice paper
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup finely shredded cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp vegetable oil for pan-frying
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cabbage, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and green onions until well mixed.
Fill a shallow bowl with warm water and dip one sheet of rice paper for 5-10 seconds until soft but still firm.
Place a generous tablespoon of filling in the center of the rice paper, fold the sides in, and roll tightly into a cylinder.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place dumplings in the pan without touching and fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in an air fryer at 375°F for 3-5 minutes to restore the crunch.
