Description

Golden, crunchy potatoes with tender interiors and savory garlic-herb seasoning. Perfect for weeknight sides or casual meals. Ready in under 30 minutes with minimal effort.


Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, plus more to taste
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, optional


Instructions

Wash and dry the potatoes. Rinse under cool water then pat dry with a clean kitchen towel
Cut into even pieces. Halve small potatoes and quarter larger ones into 1-inch pieces
Season the potatoes. In a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, onion powder, dried parsley, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly
Preheat the air fryer. Set to 400°F for 3 minutes. Toss potatoes again while heating
Arrange in the basket. Spread in a mostly single layer, allowing some space between pieces
Air fry until golden and crisp, 15-18 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through cooking
Garnish with fresh parsley and optional Parmesan cheese before serving

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes and pat dry thoroughly
Use fresh herbs if available for brighter flavor
Parmesan can be omitted for dairy-free version
