Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups whole milk, warmed

1/2 cup turkey bacon, finely chopped and crispy
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
