Description

These Cranberry Turkey Hawaiian Sliders are the ultimate sweet and savory party bite, perfect for game days or holiday gatherings. Combining soft Hawaiian rolls, smoky turkey breast, and a tart cranberry-mustard glaze, these sandwiches are a crowd-pleaser that is incredibly easy to prepare. Whether you need a quick lunch or a festive appetizer, these sliders offer an explosion of flavor in every bite and are sure to disappear from the serving platter in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

12-count package Hawaiian sweet rolls
1 lb thinly sliced deli-style smoked turkey breast
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp alcohol-free Worcestershire sauce
6 slices provolone or swiss cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Keep the rolls connected and use a sharp knife to slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally.
Place the bottom halves of the rolls into a 9×13 baking dish.
Layer the smoked turkey breast evenly over the rolls, followed by the cheese slices.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Spread the cranberry mixture generously over the turkey and cheese layer.
Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
Combine the melted butter, poppy seeds, dried onion, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Brush the butter mixture all over the tops of the rolls.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Notes

Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 300°F to maintain the texture of the rolls. If you do not have smoked turkey, thinly sliced roasted chicken or turkey breast is an excellent substitution.
