Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (15 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven or pot over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
