3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1.5 cups milk
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup crispy fried chicken skin bits


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line your 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, and crispy chicken skin bits, folding them into the flour mixture so they are lightly coated.
