They are perfectly chewy, buttery, and packed with sweet, fruity flavor in every single bite.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth and glossy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, whisking until the mixture is combined.
Gently fold in the flour and salt using a spatula until just combined.
Fold in half of the white chocolate chips and all of the fresh blueberries.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 22–25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Allow to cool completely in the pan before lifting with parchment paper and cutting into 12 squares.

Notes

Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Blueberry Tip: If using frozen berries, keep them frozen and toss in a teaspoon of flour before folding to prevent color bleeding. Texture: Bake for exactly 22 minutes for an extra chewy center.
