Description
Spicy Ramen Lasagna is a bold, cheesy twist on a classic comfort dish, using instant noodles in place of lasagna sheets. Quick, fun, and flavorful!
Ingredients
3 blocks instant ramen noodles (any flavor)
1 lb ground beef or turkey
2 cups marinara sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 packet ramen seasoning (spicy flavor)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup ricotta or cream cheese
Fresh basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil ramen noodles for 2 minutes to soften and drain.
2. Cook ground beef with garlic powder in a skillet until browned.
3. Stir in marinara sauce, soy sauce, ramen seasoning, and chili flakes. Simmer 5 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
5. Spread a layer of sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of ramen noodles.
6. Top with more sauce and cheese (mozzarella and ricotta).
7. Repeat layers until dish is full. Finish with extra cheese on top.
8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
9. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with herbs if desired.
Notes
You can reduce the spice by using only half the ramen packet or adding more cheese.
Swap in tofu for a vegetarian version.
Use Korean ramen for a bolder flavor.
