Fall isn’t complete without candy corn—whether you love it or just enjoy its festive look! These cookies bring all the cozy autumn vibes by combining chewy cookie dough, sweet white chocolate chips, and colorful candy corn. They’re soft, buttery, and perfect for Halloween parties, fall bake sales, or enjoying with a warm mug of cider.
🛒 Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup candy corn

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter & sugar: In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients: Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Combine: Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in goodies: Gently fold in white chocolate chips and candy corn. (Tip: Avoid placing candy corn on the edges of the cookies, as they can melt and stick.)
- Scoop & bake: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool & enjoy: Let cookies rest on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
